Position Title: Clinical BCBA

Location: Charlotte, High Point, Gastonia, Winston-Salem, Fayetteville-North Carolina, USA

Contract Details: Full-time

a leading provider of behavioral health services in North Carolina. We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical BCBA to join our team and help us provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

As a Clinical BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention programs for clients. You will also provide training and support to families and caregivers, as well as collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' skills and needs, using a variety of standardized assessment tools.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on the assessment results and in accordance with best practices and evidence-based interventions.
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention programs by providing guidance and supervision to behavior technicians and other members of the treatment team.
  • Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management techniques and strategies to promote generalization of skills.
  • Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client-related activities, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical setting.
  • Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions and behavior management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
