Job summary

TEEMA is partnering with a leading behavioral healthcare organization to recruit Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across multiple openings in North Carolina, California, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Utah. Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 with uncapped monthly bonus opportunities and guaranteed annual bonuses.

Sign‑on and relocation assistance are available for qualified candidates, with additional compensation opportunities in select markets.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical teams.
  • Passion for improving lives of children with autism.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and FBAs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for quality care.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards.
