Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff
- Provide parent and caregiver coaching and education
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical teams
- Passion for improving the lives of children with autism
Compensation
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (varies by market and experience)
- Uncapped Monthly Bonus Opportunity
- Guaranteed Annual Bonus available in many markets
