Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Winchester Hospital seeks a Clinical Associate to assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and help ensure patient safety. Working under a nurse's direction, you will perform basic procedures, transport supplies, and support care teams in a busy regional hospital.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, BLS certification, and eligibility to work as CNA or nursing student with clinical rotation.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Must be CNA, nursing student with clinical rotation, or CATP trained.
• Minimum three months of clinical care experience.

Mansioni

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Reposition and ambulate patients.
• Make occupied and unoccupied beds.
• Transport patients, beds, supplies and equipment.
• Collect, label and transport specimens.
• Perform point-of-care testing and monitor vital signs.
• Maintain intake and output measurements.
• Remove Foley catheters and saline locks.
