Winchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Clinical Associate per diem. You will assist with ADLs, reposition and ambulate patients, and support transport of patients and equipment. The role emphasizes safe, compassionate care under nurse supervision.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and BLS. CNA or nursing student with clinical rotation, or three months of clinical experience, are strongly preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required, preferred strongly.
• BLS certification required.
• CNA or nursing student with rotation experience preferred.
• At least three months of clinical care experience or completion of CATP.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with activities of daily living.
• Repositioning and ambulating patients.
• Making occupied and unoccupied beds.
• Assisting in transporting patients, beds, supplies and equipment.
• Collecting, labeling and transporting specimens.
• Retrieving and signing out blood products.
• Accurately performs point of care testing.
• Obtains vital signs and weights.
• Maintains accurate intake and output measurements.
• Removes Foley catheters and saline locks.

BLS - Basic Life Support

Certified Nursing Assistant

Nursing student with completion of one medical-surgical clinical rotation
