Position Summary
The Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics in the College of Public Health at the University of Georgia invites applications for a clinical assistant professor position. The position is 12-month appointment, with 95% effort dedicated to teaching and advising, and 5% to service. The anticipated start date is August 1, 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter. Successful candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, contribute to the strengthening of the curriculum, help advise and mentor students, and contribute to departmental function by serving on committees. Candidates are also expected to participate in the online MPH program in the capacity of teaching and advising MPH students, particularly in relation to their capstone activities.
Additional Requirements
At least 2 years experience as the sole instructor for graduate or undergraduate courses in Epidemiology or Biostatistics.
