Qualifications

• BCLS certification from AHA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison among physicians, patients, families, and insurance providers to ensure quality care.
• Coordinate daily physician team activities for efficient operations.
• Assist with patient flow, vital signs, and procedures as directed.
• Perform clerical duties and manage medical records and referrals.
• Enter orders in EMR and assist with prescription requests as needed.
• Mentor Level I staff and support scheduling and workflow.
