• BCLS certification – Required Issuing Authority: AHA.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between physicians, patients, families, healthcare providers, and insurers to ensure quality care.
• Coordinates daily activities of physician team staff for efficient operations.
• Assists with patient care: vitals, exams, procedures, phlebotomy as needed, patient transport and documentation.
• Performs clerical duties: handling patient records, lab/x-ray reports, and chart management in EMR systems.
