CareATC: Provide patient care the way you always envisioned within a Health Center setting.

About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist with excellent clerical/administrative skills, great communication, and concierge-level customer service!

The Role of Front Desk:
  1. Greet, screen, schedule, and check patients in.
  2. Perform medical receptionist duties as necessary, including answering calls, screening, taking messages, and providing information.
  3. Obtain, verify, and update patient information; support patients and medical staff.
  4. Manage patient medical records: request, locate, send, and receive.
  5. Maintain files and assist in establishing office systems.
  6. Order office and clinical supplies; assist in the care and maintenance of office equipment.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a 40-hour work week opportunity with eligible benefits.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, Lunch 12pm-1pm

Qualifications:
Experience:
  • At least one year of recent experience in a medical setting (preferred).
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures.
  • Proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation for typing and reviewing reports.
  • Skill in operating office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management, prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving.
Education:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Medical administrative assistant diploma from an accredited vocational course (preferred).
Additional Experience:
  • Minimum two years of administrative experience in a medical office.
