Job summary

Rural Health Group, Inc. is seeking CMA, LPN, or RN to join our outpatient primary care clinics in northeastern North Carolina. Positions available as full-time or part-time across several clinics, with hours typically Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00/5:30 pm and occasional Saturday coverage.

Candidates must hold NC LPN/RN license or MA certification/registration. Starting rates are CMA $19/hr, LPN $23/hr, RN $30/hr; strong clinical skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active North Carolina LPN or RN license, or MA Certification/Registration.
• Outpatient physician office experience preferred.
• Expanded nurse role experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, telephone and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work efficiently in a potentially stressful environment.
• Ability to apply good judgment while carrying out responsibilities.
• Pleasant, professional approach; must work well with the public and provide excellent customer service.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required; language assessments may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in outpatient primary care clinics.
• Administer injections and immunizations; perform phlebotomy and IV therapy as needed.
• Utilize EKG and other equipment; document care accurately.
• Maintain and track medical data; ensure accurate charting and reporting.
• Coordinate with providers and colleagues to deliver quality patient education and care.

Rural Health Group, a multi-location Community Health Center in northeastern North Carolina, is seeking a CMA, LPN, or RN for full-time or part-time position at our outpatient primary care clinics located on the "west side" of our service area. The clinics in this region include:

• Lake Gaston (Littleton)
• Norlina
• Twin County (Hollister)
• Henderson
• Stovall

You will have the opportunity to indicate which location(s) you are interested in on the application. Hours will generally be Monday-Friday8:00 am - 5:00/5:30 pm; someSaturday coverage may berequired.

Candidates must hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the state of North Carolina, OR must possess Medical Assistant (MA) Certification/Registration with documented hands-on clinical training.

The starting rates for this position are as follows:
CMA - $19/hr | LPN - $23/hr | RN - $30/hr
