Job summary

Rural Health Group, Inc. is seeking a CMA, LPN, or RN for a full-time position to support our clinical team at the family practice clinic on the ECU Health North Hospital campus in northeastern North Carolina.

The Clinical Assistant role focuses on patient advocacy, care coordination, and teamwork with the clinical staff to plan treatment and follow-up care. Licensure must be active in NC (LPN/RN) or MA certification with hands-on training; outpatient experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina LPN or RN license, or MA Certification/Registration.
• Outpatient physician office experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, telephone and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate services to enhance patient-centered care and maximize outcomes.
• Monitor patient care to ensure progress toward desired outcomes and plan follow-up care.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address patient and family needs and resolve obstacles to care.
