Enabli Health is seeking a Clinical Assistant to join our outpatient care team. You will work directly with patients and providers, assisting with rooming, procedure setup, vitals collection, and basic testing. This role offers full-time and part-time options in a fast-paced clinic environment.

We value hands-on clinical exposure, mentorship, and opportunities for growth. Training is provided, with a focus on safe, patient-centered care in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluent English is required for patient communication.
• Strong listening and communication skills are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Work with doctors to room patients
• Assist with procedure setup
• Perform point-of care testing, take vitals, phlebotomy services
• Manage patient flow, and support everything from check-in to discharge
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results to help guide patient care
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent
• Provide referral orders.
• Facilitate transition of care to urgent care or hospital
• Provide other duties as needed.

Schedule:

We are currently seeking full-time (3-4 shifts/week) team members who will work Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM, working in an Outpatient setting.

Compensation range:

Our compensation for this position is $17.25, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of vaccinations (may be required)
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day
• Access to a laptop (you’ll be provided one after training but need your own for training)
