Enabli Health is seeking an on-site Clinical Assistant to support patient flow, assist with procedures, and help coordinate care in diverse settings across the country.

Training is provided through Scribe University, with paid instruction and hands-on clinical experience. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day.
• Access to a laptop (provided after training but needed for training).

Responsabilités

• Room patients with doctors.
• Assist with procedure setup.
• Perform point-of-care testing, take vitals, phlebotomy.
• Manage patient flow from check-in to discharge.
• Monitor labs and radiology orders to guide care.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent.
• Provide referral orders.
• Facilitate transition of care to urgent care or hospital.
• Provide other duties as needed.

Where You’ll Work

As an on-site Clinical Assistant, you could work in a variety of healthcare settings — from doctor’s offices to emergency departments. With over 80 specialties nationwide, we’ll match you to the best fit based on your schedule, interests, and location.

• Outpatient (Doctor’s Office): Typically weekday hours (around 8–5, Monday–Friday), with some offices offering evening or weekend shifts. Ideal if you prefer a consistent routine.
• Emergency Department: Open 24/7 — there’s always something happening! Great for those who need flexibility or are balancing school and other commitments.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of vaccinations (may be required)
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Compensation Range:

Our compensation for this position is $18.00 / hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
