Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with one year of clinical experience.
• Ability to perform LOC assessments in accordance with program requirements and state regulations.
• Proficiency with ASAM criteria and documentation in EHR/PA WITS.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for LOC assessments for individuals seeking treatment, as identified by program requirements and state regulations.
• Complete required evaluations and assessments, including ASAM and biopsychosocial histories.
• Conduct face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interviews with individuals presenting for LOC assessment and admission to the program.
• Accurately document assessment/intake records and funding source approvals in the EHR.
• Document all case management and clinical services in PA WITS and the EHR.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and timely completion of tasks per policy.
• Maintain proficiency in assessment, intake and LOC protocols using ASAM criteria.
• Conduct admission funding reviews with payors and assist MA applications as needed.
• Coordinate with funding sources and make recommendations for treatment and lengths of stay.
• Coordinate with agency resources to ensure access to interim services programs.
