Job summary

Lexington Health, Inc. is seeking a Physician Network Project Manager to oversee projects within the Physician Network Services Department. You will advocate for the project team and align with Physician Network Executive Leadership on plans and goals.

You’ll drive comprehensive project plans, manage timelines and budgets, and remove barriers to ensure a quality delivery. The role also focuses on KPIs, change management initiatives, and regular updates to the executive steering committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Health Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading large teams in a medium to large healthcare organization.
• Certified Project Manager (PMP) certification; prior EHR certification for Lexington Medical Center Physician Network Services or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Serve as communication focal point for Physician Network Services projects to sponsors and leadership.
• Prepare comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines and budgets.
• Monitor budgets with justification for requests and changes.
• Coordinate with leaders to remove barriers and allocate resources.
• Develop KPIs and change management initiatives for network services.
• Provide status updates to the Executive Steering Committee.
• Mentor staff and promote best practices in project management.
