CTG seeks a Clinical Applications Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance clinical technology solutions across the organization in San Diego, CA. You will liaise between clinical stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to ensure system functionality, workflow alignment, and user adoption.

The ideal candidate has experience with healthcare information systems, clinical workflows, and application testing in a provider setting. Strong English communication is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience supporting clinical applications within a healthcare environment.
• Experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows in hospital, ambulatory, or provider settings.
• Experience performing application testing including workflow validation and user acceptance testing.
• Ability to work with software vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clinical end users, operational leaders, and software vendors to support and improve clinical applications.
• Analyze, document, and validate current and future-state clinical workflows.
• Participate in system upgrades, new implementations, and enhancements.
• Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal teams.
• Gather business and clinical requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Configure application settings and support system optimization initiatives.
• Provide end-user support, training, and workflow guidance.
• Assist with change management, go-live support, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Maintain system documentation and support materials.
• Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
