Job summary

Indiana University Health Dermatology Clinic is seeking a Clinical Ambulatory Manager to lead an inter-professional team and translate strategic priorities into operational plans that improve quality, safety, and patient experiences.

This onsite role requires nursing leadership, a BSN (MSN preferred), and an active RN license in Indiana with BLS. The manager works with executives and clinic staff to drive excellence in care and staff engagement.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN).
• If bachelor degree not in nursing, must have Master of Nursing (MSN).
• Active RN license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Required Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Clinical Ambulatory Manager- Dermatology

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Dermatology Clinic leadership team in the role of Clinical Ambulatory Manager.

The clinical manager combines clinical experience and contemporary leadership practices with the IU Health Way to achieve excellent outcomes. Accountable for translating and achieving our strategic priorities and outcomes: quality and safety improvements, care affordability, great patient experiences, and great team member experiences. Accountable for providing strategic vision and operational planning for assigned unit. Incumbents will lead an inter-professional team to create an environment where the team is empowered to achieve excellence in patient and organizational outcomes. This role is accountable for advancing nursing practice by advocating and consistently embedding evidenced-base practices and professional nursing standards.

This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday day shift. Candidates do not need previous experience in dermatology but should have previous leadership experience.

Candidate Qualifications
