Health Data Innovations, Inc. is seeking a clinician-turned-product leader to own clinical AI features end-to-end for Vera. You will talk to clinicians, determine needs, build and ship solutions, and iterate in production with a fast, opinionated, and delightful product mindset.

The role requires formal medical training and hands-on coding with fullstack experience and LLMs, plus a bias for safety and clinician-first design.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or international equivalent with clinical experience.
• Hands-on coding and fullstack development.
• Experience designing AI features for healthcare.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and safety considerations.

Responsabilités

• Talk to clinicians to understand workflows and capture real friction.
• Build end-to-end AI features using LLMs in clinical contexts.
• Design evaluations to ensure safety, accuracy, and usefulness.
• Collaborate with founders to steer product direction for clinical workflows.
