You’ll work directly with the founders, own product areas from first conversations to production, and focus on fast iteration with real user signals to improve what you ship. This role targets someone who has shipped AI features to a large audience and values speed and impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping production code in a product-driven environment.
• Strong fullstack skills and hands-on experience building with LLMs.
• High agency: moves without being asked and takes ownership.
• User-obsessed: talks to users and lets feedback shape what you build.
• Honest: speaks up, flags issues, and focuses on getting it right.
