Job summary

WCG is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a platform or product line within the clinical research space. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, driving AI-enabled capabilities and cross-functional execution with autonomy and influence across senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, understand customer needs, and guide teams through agile delivery while ensuring regulatory and 21 CFR Part 11 considerations are integrated into product planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering; experience in clinical research or healthcare technology required.
• Functional understanding of the broader clinical research process, clinical operations, and/or multiple clinical software systems.
• Experience incorporating AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics into product strategy and roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities

• Discovers and validates market problems through market-facing product offerings.
• Leads the development of AI-embedded product strategies and roadmaps.
• Coaches and mentors junior product managers in AI-driven opportunities.
