Qualifications

• Active licensure in one of RN/LPN/OT/PT/LSW as required by position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission paperwork, insurance verifications and prior authorizations.
• Arrange and monitor transportation and move-in logistics.
• Educate healthcare team on trends, regulations and policy impacting resource use.
