Qualifications

• Appropriate education level required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Prior work in long term care facility preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered clinical social work license (ND LBSW/LMSW/LCSW).

Responsibilities

• Identify potential admissions and process new resident requests.
• Handle admission paperwork, insurance verifications, and prior authorizations.
• Coordinate move-in logistics and transition from referring facility to the location.
• Educate healthcare team on regulations and trends affecting admissions and resource use.
