Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field.
• RN/LPN with equivalent educational background acceptable.
• One year clinical or observational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate admissions and assessments for incoming patients.
• Respond to inquiries about the facility within policy timeframes.
• Verify insurance benefits and communicate findings to patients and staff.
• Coordinate pre-admission assessments and referrals.
• Ensure medical admission documentation is complete prior to admission.
• Support treatment team with reviews and authorization processes.
• Maintain patient safety with regular checks and escalation as needed.
