Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Winchester Hospital seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant/clinical associate to support the Patient Care Services team. The role blends clinical duties with administrative coordination to enhance patient safety, comfort and throughput.

Under nurse supervision, you will assist with basic procedures, maintain electronic medical records, and serve as a central resource for patient information and non-clinical needs, contributing to patient and family satisfaction.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required or strongly preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• Must be Certified Nursing Assistant or Nursing Student with completion of one medical-surgical clinical rotation, or CATP program completion.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical and administrative assistance on the unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Act as the unit coordinator for non-clinical issues.
• Support patient throughput and respond to patient and family requests.
