Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Winchester Hospital is seeking a Clinical/Administrative Associate to support a Magnet-designated regional hospital in the northwest Boston area. You will provide both clinical and administrative assistance on the unit to help maintain efficient patient care workflows.

Qualifications

• English reading/writing and clear communication with patients and staff.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate hospital systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide both clinical and administrative assistance on the unit.
• Assist with ADLs, ambulating patients, transfers, and specimen handling.
• Maintain accurate medical charts and coordinate forms with departments.
• Orient patients and families to the environment.
• Support the care team to focus on patient care.

Certified Nursing Assistant

Nursing student with clinical rotation

Three months clinical care experience
