Responsibilities

• Provide both clinical and administrative assistance on the unit
• Assist with activities of daily living and basic patient care, transport patients, collect and label specimens, obtain vitals, and perform EKGs
• Welcome and orient patients and family members to the environment
• Provide administrative support to the unit to allow the care team to focus on patient care
• Maintain accurate and complete medical charts and process paperwork to expedite care across departments
