Winchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH), seeks a Clinical/Administrative Associate. A 223-bed regional hospital serving the northwest suburban Boston area with Magnet designation.

Schedule: two 12‑hour day shifts per week with every other weekend and holiday rotation. You will provide clinical and administrative support on the unit, assist with ADLs, transport patients, take vital signs and EKGs, and maintain medical charts.

Formación

• read, write and communicate effectively in English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsabilidades

• provide both clinical and administrative assistance on the unit
• perform basic procedures for patient care including ADLs, ambulating patients, bed management, transporting patients, collecting/labeling specimens, vital signs, and EKGs
• welcomes and orients patients, family members and others to the environment
• provides administrative support for the unit to allow the care team to focus on patient care
• maintains accurate medical charts and expedites documentation between departments
