Job summary

Winchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Clinical/Administrative Associate for a 24-hour weekly, day shift role with every other weekend and holiday rotation. The position supports both clinical care and administrative duties to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA preferred or nursing student with clinical rotation completed.
• Minimum three months of clinical care experience or graduate of the program.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative assistance on the unit.
• Assist with ADLs, ambulating patients, bed management and transporting patients.
• Collect, label and transport specimens; obtain vital signs and perform EKGs.
• Welcome and orient patients and families to the environment.
• Maintain accurate medical charts and expedite paperwork between departments.
• Copy and fax forms as needed to support patient care.
