Golden State Orthopedics and Spine is seeking a Full Time Unit Secretary to support administrative and operational functions in our Los Gatos clinic. You will triage calls, handle authorizations, EMR data entry, patient forms, insurance tasks, and assist as a back-up receptionist/clinical assistant.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and confidentiality, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, patient education, and coordination with physicians and staff to keep the clinic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Triage phone calls for the clinic team.
• Handle authorizations and insurance-related tasks.
• Enter patient information into the EMR and manage forms.
• Provide patient with information and address clinical questions.
• Assist with scheduling, billing, and as back-up receptionist/clinical assistant.
