Luther Park Community in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Clinical Administrative Assistant with CMA/CNA background to support the Director of Nursing and staff. The role requires 3–5 years of CMA/CNA experience, with CNA required and CMA preferred or certification within 6 months.

This is a full-time position with on-call rotation and opportunities to pick up extra shifts. You will handle administrative duties, maintain supplies, and coordinate multi-disciplinary appointments using PCC and standard

Qualifications

• CNA required, CMA preferred or willing to get CMA certification within 6 months.
• 3–5 years CMA/CNA experience with at least 1 year in a nursing home.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Complete periodic audits of nursing supply storage and maintain tidy units.
• Assist admissions personnel and obtain pictures of new residents.
• Schedule and supervise medical appointments including podiatry, dental, and vision.
• Audit EMAR/ETAR and POC documentation for compliance.
• Cover front desk and participate in on-call rotation.
