Rampart IC LLC is seeking a Clinical Account Manager in Philadelphia to drive clinical adoption of Shielding solutions and expand usage within hospital systems. You will train physicians, nurses, and staff, install products, and collaborate with leadership on territory strategy to meet adoption targets.

You will build relationships with clinicians and decision-makers, identify customer needs, respond to feedback, and contribute to product improvements.

Formación

• 5+ years medical device or clinical operations experience.
• Proven success in driving clinical adoption and sales growth.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new customer accounts and expand usage within existing ones.
• Educate and train physicians, nurses, techs, and staff to drive product adoption.
• Lead product installations and provide clinical support.
• Work with leadership to create territory sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored Rampart solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with hospital personnel and key decision-makers.
• Respond to customer feedback and resolve service issues with creative solutions.
• Support product development by identifying improvements and opportunities.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and adoption targets.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Life/Health Sciences

Nursing (RT/RCIS) or related field
