Arrae-Health is seeking an experienced Clinic Team Lead to oversee daily operations and patient flow at our Palm Springs clinic. You’ll supervise Front Desk and Medical Assistant staff, monitor wait times, and ensure timely check-in and rooming while upholding HIPAA and quality standards.

You will coordinate with providers and the Director of Operations, train staff, address concerns, and actively participate in maintaining a positive patient experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in a medical office or similar setting.
• Leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
• HS diploma; healthcare admin education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical office operations and patient flow.
• Experience supervising Front Desk and MA staff.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, copays, deductibles, and patient collections.
• Experience using EMR systems.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with accountability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing clinic needs.
• Identify workflow delays and improve patient flow.
• Professional, dependable, punctual, lead by example.
• Commitment to customer service and positive patient experience.
• Handle patient concerns professionally.
• HIPAA knowledge and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with providers, staff, and Director of Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Front Desk and Medical Assistant staff.
• Monitor staff performance and daily responsibilities.
• Ensure copays, deductibles, and patient-responsibility amounts are collected.
• Monitor patient schedule and clinic flow.
• Coordinate communication between staff and providers.
• Assist with staff training and onboarding.
• Address routine operational and patient-service concerns.
• Communicate significant issues to the Director of Operations.
• Maintain an active, hands-on leadership presence in the clinic.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient experience.
