Job summary

Packard Health seeks a Clinic Supervisor to support daily operations of the primary care clinic. You will supervise Medical Assistants, ensure smooth patient flow, and provide CMA hands-on clinical support when needed.

As a floating supervisor, you will cover Practice Managers across sites, assist with onboarding, staff development, and performance evaluations, and help coordinate scheduling and workflow improvements with leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in healthcare or medical office setting preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and insurance processes.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff.
• Support patient flow and maintain high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Provide CMA hands-on clinical support when needed.
• Float to sites for supervision coverage across clinic sites.
• Assist in onboarding, orientation, and staff development.
