Job Overview

As a Clinic Success Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of partner clinics, with your success measured by the clinics’ performance. Supported by the broader Circulate team, you will ensure each clinic has what it needs to deliver exceptional patient and partner experiences. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with clinic owners and staff, ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient delivery of therapeutic services.

This role covers our growing network of partners across several states, primarily remote, with regular regional visits expected (reimbursed travel).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinic Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic owners (physicians) to ensure satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary contact for clinic owners, addressing concerns and providing support.
  • Identify opportunities with clinics to increase treatment volumes and growth.

Operational Oversight

  • Collaborate with Nursing Management to ensure adequate staffing with trained nurses.
  • Train clinic staff on scheduling procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure clinics have necessary facilities like private rooms, comfortable chairs, televisions, and secure storage.

Supply and Logistics Management

  • Coordinate stock levels with nurses to support procedures.
  • Protect and account for supplies.
  • Ensure treatments are conducted as planned and address issues.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Billing and Payment

  • Oversee billing processes and ensure timely payments.
  • Resolve billing issues with clinic owners.

Performance Metrics

  • Track KPIs such as scheduled and completed treatments, clinic P&L, satisfaction scores, and on-time payments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within regenerative health or healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clinics.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and inventory management software (preferred).
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
