Job Description
Position: NERC Technical Compliance Manager
Location: Remote
Overview: The NERC Technical Compliance Manager will provide technical and regulatory assistance to ensure compliance with NERC requirements. This role will lead complex, technology-driven initiatives that optimize systems, processes, data management, and NERC reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting: This position reports to the Director, Operations Compliance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience:
Additional skills include familiarity with data collection from SCADA and PI systems, data lakes, and historians, as well as experience with task automation.
Technical skills desirable include NERC compliance, US renewable energy market, cybersecurity, project development, and data systems experience.
Interview process stages are outlined, including initial recruiter contact, technical and behavioral interviews, and an executive interview.
