Job description

Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 per year

Benefit Eligible: Yes, includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision) along with paid time off and a 401(k) with company match

Location: Remote (WFH) with location restrictions within the United States. For tax and compliance purposes, this role is open only to candidates that will work or reside in the following states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, LA, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY.

We source from certified organic farmers using regenerative agricultural practices. Our goal is to support our customers with better alternatives to the health-damaging junk foods and synthetic supplements lining the grocery store shelves.

Wild Pastures, our sister company, is on a mission to transform the meat industry. We deliver 100% grass fed, pasture-raised, environmentally-regenerative beef, chicken and pork and sustainably caught, wild seafood directly to our customers’ doors. We have incredibly high standards for our meat – all being raised in the USA by small-scale family farmers on lush pastures free from human-caused chemicals.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to join our team and own the strategy and execution of all things organic social. You’ll manage and grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others—creating scroll-stopping content, sparking conversation, and building community.

You’ll work cross-functionally with our partnerships and paid media teams to amplify brand moments, support new launches, and highlight creator/influencer collaborations. This role is both creative and strategic, requiring a strong understanding of platform trends, brand storytelling, and content performance.


Essential Functions

  1. Develop and execute a content calendar across all social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest).
  2. Create original content (photos, videos, captions) aligned with the brand voice and marketing initiatives.
  3. Monitor trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  4. Work with our creative team to develop social-first content concepts and campaign ideas.
  5. Collaborate with our partnerships team to spotlight affiliate creators, influencers, and ambassadors.
  6. Partner with the paid media team to support creative ideation for ads and highlight high-performing organic content.
  7. Collaborate with our Co-Founder to brainstorm new content ideas, giveaways, and community-building initiatives.
  8. Track and report on performance metrics, providing insights and optimizations for future content.
  9. Stay on top of industry and competitor trends to inform strategy.
  10. Engage with our community: respond to comments and DMs, reshare UGC, and foster brand love.

Required Education and Experience

  1. 2-4 years of experience managing organic social media for a consumer-facing brand (CPG or wellness preferred)
  2. Proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement on TikTok and Instagram
  3. Strong copywriting and content creation skills (including short-form video—editing experience a plus)

Preferred Education & Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  2. Experience working for health and wellness company is a plus

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies that weigh up to 20 pounds, and to bend and stand as necessary.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position during regular business hours (for example, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This position does not require travel.
