Henry Ford Health in Detroit seeks a patient registrations specialist to support front desk operations in its Occupational Health program. You will greet patients, perform check-in/out, verify insurance, and collect payments while delivering courteous, accurate service.

Under general supervision follows standard operating procedures for all patient registration activities including patient reception, face-to-face check in and check out, preregistration, insurance verification, cash collections, chart reconciliation and patient discharge. Actively contributes to an organizational culture committed to the highest degree of service excellence standards to all customer groups.
Occupational Health locations operate Monday -Friday 8am-430pm by appointment and walk-in basis.
We service clients at high volume and fast pace.
All staff must have good phone etiquette, great customer service skills, and be able to multitask throughout the day.
