Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Chicago, IL is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to be the face of the clinic for clients and families. You will support the clinical team by managing staff and client schedules, coordinating start of service, and handling onboarding from meet and greet to first day of ABA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in medical or therapeutic admin support.

Responsibilities

• Manage permanent schedules and scheduling variances.
• Greet clients and families at the clinic.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries.
• Record cancellations, reschedules, and time-off accurately.
• Coordinate start of service and onboarding with Intake.
• Support in-market centers with scheduling operations as needed.
