You will manage the full sales cycle—from initial consultations to close—while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinker who anticipates client needs and provides proactive recommendations.
• Able to mentor and manage a team of 2–5 employees to peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle — consulting, closing, and retention.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver engaging consultations to convert leads into clients.
• Promote treatment packages using persuasive value propositions.
• Seek client reviews and referrals and utilize financing options.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve goals.
• Foster strong customer relationships and handle inquiries.
• Utilize various computer systems to manage day-to-day operations and scheduling.
