Milan Laser Hair Removal, one of the nation’s premier providers, is hiring a Clinic Sales Manager in Minnesota. Compensation includes a base pay rate of $44,000 plus uncapped commission of 3.0% and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top-performing teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations.
• Able to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle—consulting, closing, and retention.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients.
• Promote treatment packages through persuasive sales techniques and value propositions.
• Seek client reviews and referrals; utilize financing options to ensure sales excellence.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve goals and foster a positive environment.
• Foster strong customer relationships by delivering world-class service.
