Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a motivated Clinic Sales Manager in the United States (Texas region) to lead a small sales team and drive revenue through consultative selling of laser hair removal packages. You will guide clients through the sales process, craft tailored packages, and leverage financing options to maximize conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking to anticipate client needs and drive growth.
• Ability to mentor and manage a small team (2–5 employees).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle: consulting, closing, and retention.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients.
• Promote treatment packages via persuasive selling techniques.
• Seek client reviews and referrals; utilize financing options to close deals.
• Coach and develop team members to hit sales goals.
• Foster strong customer relationships and provide outstanding service.
• Handle client questions about treatments; maintain confidentiality.
• Use various systems to manage operations, scheduling and tracking performance.
