You will guide clients through tailored laser hair removal packages, close deals, and foster lasting relationships. Excellent consultative selling, leadership, and data-driven decision making are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in a commission driven environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking with proactive client needs assessment.
• Ability to mentor and manage a small team to peak performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable presentations.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems and software.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
