Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Sales Manager in the Odenton, MD area to lead a team of 2–5 reps and drive revenue through consultative selling and closing. You will leverage a steady stream of qualified leads, a proven process, and strong marketing support to deliver exceptional client experiences while coaching your team to peak performance.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure, on-track earnings potential of $75,000–$95,000 in year one, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• Mentor and lead a small team to peak performance
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from consulting to closing and retention
