Job summary

Ideal Option PLLC is seeking a skilled Clinic Registered Nurse to support providers and patients in a busy clinic environment in Spokane, WA. The RN will handle clinical tasks and administrative duties to ensure smooth operation, patient safety, and compliance with HIPAA and related regulations.

The role requires at least 2 years of nursing experience in outpatient settings, WA RN license, BLS, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in WA (unencumbered).
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in outpatient or similar setting.
• BLS certification; strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and admin support to maintain clinic flow.
• Obtain and maintain patient documentation, consents, and releases.
• Collect copays and process payments per policy; manage cash handling.
• Administer SubQ/IM injections per orders and protocols.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection as directed.
• Record vital signs accurately and reconcile medications.
• Educate patients about treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Maintain supplies, inventory, and clinic cleanliness.
