Job summary

Ideal Option PLLC in Longview, WA is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse to support providers, patients, and clinic operations. The RN will handle clinical tasks, patient education, documentation, and coordination within the team.

The role requires at least 2 years of outpatient nursing experience, WA RN license, and BLS; familiarity with PHI/HIPAA and basic computer skills is expected. Schedule is Monday through Thursday, with on-site work and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in WA.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, outpatient clinic or hospital setting preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks to support clinic flow for in-person and virtual patients.
• Obtain and maintain patient documentation, consents, and releases.
• Collect patient copays and payments per insurance and clinic policies.
• Maintain accountability for in-clinic funds and deposits.
• Provide clinical support within RN scope including phlebotomy and injections.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and answer questions.
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members.
• Perform routine maintenance and inventory management.
• Maintain PHI compliance (HIPAA) and regular attendance.
