Job summary

United Hospital District, Inc. is seeking a full-time Clinic Registration/Scheduling float to cover Blue Earth, Fairmont and Wells clinics. This Monday-Friday day shift role offers full benefits and a dedicated float assignment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, clinic registration/scheduling experience, excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and solid computer knowledge. EPIC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide registration and scheduling coverage at UHD clinics (Blue Earth, Fairmont, Wells).

• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Job Duties

United Hospital District has a full-time Clinic Registration/Scheduling float position open. This is a Monday-Friday day shift position with full benefits. This position is a dedicated float role and is not assigned to a single clinic location. The employee will provide registration and scheduling coverage at our Blue Earth, Fairmont and Wells clinic locations based on operational and staffing needs. High school diploma and clinic registration and/or scheduling experience is required. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills and computer knowledge also required.
