Job summary

Henry Ford Health System is seeking a Clinic Service Representative for Family Medicine - Fraser in Clinton Township, MI. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration: reception, check-in, check-out, preregistration.
• Verify insurance information and collect cash payments.
• Reconcile charts and assist with patient discharge.
• Support 7 providers, 1 NP, and 1 PA as needed.
• Provide excellent service and follow SOPs.
