Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Greencastle, IN to join our in-home and school-based ABA services across Indiana.

You'll deliver individualized ABA therapy, implement BCBA-designed plans, and track client progress while collaborating with families and a clinical team. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay ($18–$27/hour), and full-time or part-time options to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification and BACB registration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children is preferred; ABA experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client's progress
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What You’ll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services


• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification


• Active registration with the BACB


• High School Diploma or GED


• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Experience working with children preferred


• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
