Job summary

Total Care ABA is currently hiring for an In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Madison, IN. You will provide focused ABA therapy to children and work closely with experienced BCBAs in a supportive clinic setting.

Starting at $20/hour with flexible schedules. The role emphasizes skill-building across communication, social, behavioral, and daily living areas, along with ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Active RBT certification with BACB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in the clinic.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, document, and report client progress accurately.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow clinicians to ensure successful outcomes.
• Celebrate milestones and meaningful progress with every child.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

What You'll Do

What we expect from you:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB (preferred)
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional care
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred

Schedule Options

• Full-Time - 35-40 hours per week
• Part-Time - 10-20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
