Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Clinic Receptionist to greet patients and visitors, manage the front desk, schedule appointments, handle phone calls, verify insurance, and enter demographics into the Electronic Health Record. You will collect copays, copy or scan documents into the EMR, and support efficient patient flow while upholding confidentiality and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification or obtained within three months of hire.
• Ability to read, write and understand English and communicate effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors at front desk.
• Check-in patients and ensure efficient admitting process.
• Answer and route phone calls.
• Schedule appointments according to guidelines.
• Obtain accurate patient and insurance information and collect copays.
• Scan/Copy patient documents into EMR.
