Description
Principal & Accountabilities
- Uphold the mission of Humane Animal Rescue throughout all responsibilities of the position.
- Understand and support the Open Door Philosophy of Humane Animal Rescue.
- Maintain positive relationships with co-workers, managers, directors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone system.
- Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to customers.
- Answer telephone calls promptly and assist customers or direct them to the appropriate staff.
- Return all phone calls on the same day they are received and transfer calls to the correct destination.
- Greet and assist customers at the front desk with directions, general information, or inquiries.
- Assist customers with their questions, ensuring high-quality customer service and accuracy.
- Make changes to, and assist others with, the operation of the voicemail system.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- General computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
